7.1 Service Providers

7.2 Game Studio Partners

We aim to respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or where we receive a high volume of simultaneous requests, we may extend this period by a further 60 days, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reason for it within the initial 30-day window.

We will not charge a fee for exercising your rights unless a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive — in which case we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request. We will explain our reasoning if we decline.

The jp4d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. Our registration process includes an age declaration, and our KYC verification process independently confirms that each User meets the minimum age requirement.
