In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the jp4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. By creating an Account or placing any Wager, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and will continue to be met throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under 21 years old. jp4d takes this restriction seriously and enforces it through mandatory KYC verification.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in relation to any Wager placed on the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant or agent of jp4d, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are not listed on any sanctions or exclusion list maintained by any regulatory or government authority.
• The use of the Platform and the placement of any Wager is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. You acknowledge that online gambling is legally restricted in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your location.

jp4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If it is determined that you were under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any point while using the Platform, the Company may suspend your Account indefinitely and forfeit any balances held within it.

To access the Platform and place Wagers, you must register for an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP) or passport, your date of birth, your residential address, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

You agree to the following in relation to your Account:

• You will keep your registration details accurate and current. Failure to update your details may result in suspension of your Account or the cancellation of any Wager or withdrawal processed against outdated information.
• You will not register more than one Account. Registering multiple Accounts without the prior written consent of jp4d constitutes breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity undertaken using your Account credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account, you must notify jp4d support immediately.
• You will not use any third party's payment instruments or e-wallet credentials in connection with your Account.
• You will not sell, transfer, assign, or encumber your Account to any other person.

jp4d reserves the right to refuse an Account registration request without providing a reason, where the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the registration may involve fraud, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms.

As part of the onboarding process and at any point thereafter, jp4d may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This is a regulatory and financial-security requirement designed to confirm your identity, verify your age, and prevent money laundering, fraud, and underage gambling.

The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photogram of your national identity card (KTP) or passport, showing your full name, date of birth, photo, and document number.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last three months) confirming your residential address.
• A selfie or live-video verification confirming you match the identity document provided.
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used, where such evidence is reasonably requested.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed. You are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted are genuine, current, and legible. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and fund forfeiture, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

jp4d aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document submission. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during large withdrawal requests or if unusual account activity is detected.

All financial transactions on the jp4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, the Company may apply limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.
• Accepted deposit methods include local Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All payment methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes. In the event of a technical delay, you should contact support with your transfer reference number.
• You must only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed where identified.
• jp4d does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transfers.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts within an average of 15 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, bank maintenance windows, or if additional verification is required.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawal requests suspended pending document review.
• jp4d reserves the right to conduct security checks, request supporting documentation, or delay withdrawal processing where suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in your own name matching your KYC records. The Company reserves the right to reverse withdrawals and return funds to your Account balance if a mismatch is identified.

jp4d offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before they can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details.
• Unless stated otherwise, rollover requirements must be met within 7 calendar days of bonus credit. Uncompleted rollovers will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are awarded on a per-Account, per-person, per-household, and per-IP-address basis. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple Accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• jp4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been credited, the Company will honour the credited amount subject to existing rollover terms.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer tables, certain slot titles, and specialty games — may contribute at different rates toward rollover requirements. Contribution rates will be listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold bonus-related winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse or fraudulent wagering patterns have occurred.

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the jp4d Platform. Product-specific rules for sports betting — including bandar bola (football bookmaking), mix parlay (accumulator betting), and voor bola (Asian handicap markets) — as well as rules for casino games, live dealer tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and specialty games are published separately in the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player, except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit facility for a specific market.
• All confirmed Wagers are binding upon both the Player and the Company. The Company reserves the right to void any Wager where it determines there has been a technical error in pricing, a data feed failure, or a manifest error in odds or game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum Wager amounts apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by the Company at any time without notice.
• Winnings from settled Wagers are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance automatically upon result confirmation. Live sports markets are settled according to the official result at the end of regulation time, unless otherwise stated.
• The Company uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are hosted by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live; their game rules apply in conjunction with these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a Wager, the Company's decision — based on available evidence including server logs, game records, and feed data — shall be final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jp4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether under your own details or using the identity of another person.
• Identity Fraud: Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration, KYC, or any other process on the Platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place Wagers, interact with the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event offered on the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through multiple registrations, referral fraud, wagering pattern manipulation, or any other scheme designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gaming participation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate illicit funds through gaming activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in relation to genuine Platform transactions.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors in odds, or RNG vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through known or suspected technical exploits will be voided.
• Underage Access: Allowing, facilitating, or failing to prevent any person under 21 years of age from accessing your Account.

All content on the jp4d Platform, including but not limited to the brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jp4d or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use any automated tools to scrape, index, or harvest data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use the jp4d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in termination of your access licence and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp4d and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made on the Platform.
• Loss of data, access, or service arising from technical failures, maintenance downtime, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Losses arising from delays in transaction processing caused by banking institutions, e-wallet providers (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), or payment networks.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party.
• Indirect losses, including reputational harm, loss of income, or loss of opportunity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jp4d makes every reasonable effort to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of jp4d to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.

jp4d collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Account creation, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and Wager settlements.
• Conducting KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.
• Sending transactional communications (account activity alerts, security notifications).
• Sending promotional communications, where you have opted in to receive them.
• Improving the Platform through aggregated usage analytics.
• Complying with applicable regulatory and legal obligations.

jp4d is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gaming activity responsibly, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session reminders that alert them after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration chosen.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time spent and net gaming activity during a session are available on request.

The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure and any eligible withdrawal of your remaining Real Money Balance.

The Company recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any updates. The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://jp4d.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp4d holds its primary international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a Player and jp4d that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Players are reminded that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your activities comply with the laws applicable in your own jurisdiction. jp4d makes no representation that the Platform and its services are appropriate, available, or lawful for use in all jurisdictions.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

jp4d aims to acknowledge all written correspondence within 24 hours and to resolve complaints within 7 business days. For complex disputes requiring investigation, the Company will provide a progress update within 7 days and a final resolution within 28 days of receipt of the initial complaint.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may escalate to the independent dispute resolution body designated by jp4d's licensing authority. Details of that body are available on request from the support team.
